About Nintendo Wii

Wii Sports®
Wii sports was the first game developed for the Nintendo wii and was designed as a launch title to give away with the wii when it was first released. Wii Fit Board®
Nintendo have taken their “get up and move” concept a step further with the Wii fit board. The Nintendo Wii Fit® balance board measures the users weight and center of gravity. Using this data the software can then work out the players BMI (body mass index). The wii fit has a round 40 activities that can be performed using the game. The whole family can use this to do yoga, aerobics, strength training etc. Your performance is measured using the “wii fitness age”.
