Not one problem with vodafone. Customer service is great. Quality of service is second to none

Was on a business trip to Kiev for a week in Ukraine and the following month had several very long calls (over 20 mins) listed on my bill that I disputed. I had to call Vodafone 4 times over a period of 10 days to get any answers, which culminated in "tough". I'm leaving these guys after 12 years as there is basically NO Customer Service. I suspect a dis intermediation delay in how they hang up and transfer calls but the nerds behind the technical wall refused to even have a conversation.

Local service has now been down for a week. Vodaphone say they have no idea when it might be fixed, and thanked me for my patience.
If you want to be thanked for your patience, then Vodaphone is the company for you. If, on the other hand, you expect your mobile to communicate with other people, go to a proper network.

Horrific experiences with Vodafone. Just two of them:
1. Bought a phone as ad said it had internet bundled. After a year I found out I'd been paying for daily net use - costing a fortune. They refused to belive I didn't know this, even though I'd been paying so much extra for no good reason for a year.
2. Asked for insurance to be cancelled. After a year found out they hadn't cancelled it, and had been charging me all that time.
Whenever I call about any of this they tell me it's my fault for not checking my bills etc. Maybe so, but their almost aggressive attitude and unwillingness to help has been a shocker.
I only remain with them as no other network gets a signal in my flat.
If you use them, read everything very carefully, both in the original contract and every month in your bills. They are as good as anyone at ripping people off.

I agree with the preious 2 reviews they used to be better, and new subscribers get a better deal, i am a small business user and all they can offer you is your pack number to move to another provider, as they prefer to lose you as a customer then offer you a better deal, just like a new subscribers. even though you are entering into a new contract.

I have been with Vodaphone for over 5 years and have found the deals we get are no where near as good that new customers get offered. Surely they should reward us for staying with Vodaphone, instead we get punished. So, my conclusion is to move to another network, probably O2 in order to get a better deal than what Vodaphone are offering.
Vodafone Tariffs
Vodafone have tariffs to suit everyone. If you text more than you call then it may be worth considering there tariffs specifically designed for heavy text users. For £20 a month you can get unlimited Texts and 200 minutes a month. All unlimited based contracts are only available on 18 months contracts and a fair usage policy applies. If this is not quite enough minutes for you then you could upgrade to a £25 a month Vodafone contract which will still give you unlimited minutes but 600 minutes a month. Remember these prices are only available online and not in the shops.
