Had this phone for 3 days now and absolutely love it. Was a little wary after reading some bad reviews but havem't encountered any problems so far.
My only niggle (and it is only a very slight one) is that it can't keep up with my text tapping when i'm writing a message in portrait mode since i'm so used to doing this with buttons. However flipping it into landscape and using the qwerty keyboard makes it 100x better since the predictive text is so intuitive and you don't have to hit all the right keys for it to know which word you are getting at.
Also love getting my gmail on the phone, love the little weather update that knows where you are, love the clarity you get when making a call, love that the vibrate is strong enough that i can feel it when it is in my handbag.
Overall love this phone and would completely recommend it for those, who like me, just don't need an iPhone.

Nice handset - only had it a few days and slowly getting used to it after a 'traditional' mobile. No instruction manual included when getting it from Orange, had to go to the website and download it. Also the Sync software for Outlook (also downloadable) is naff - it won't install on any of my PC's (work or home) and looking in the forums, other users have the same problem. Really annoying as I need to sync my work calendar and now I can't do it. I may go back to my trusty Nokia... :(

Great phone, but do not buy the HTC Tattoo from Orange. They have messed with the software and removed Google apps (e.g. GMail); these cannot be downloaded. Buy it from another provider!

Good Phone, got mine on Orange, and so far pretty good. No instruction manual to speak of, easier to go to htc site and download it. Had the phone and my laptop sync'ed in minutes. All in all good phone once you figure out where everything is...
