LG Viewty 2 Review - LG Viewty Smart
The LG GC900 Viewty 2 or LG Viewty smart as it will be known will be the successor to the LG Viewty but has not been officially announced yet, but some of the great specifications that are said to be on the LG Viewty 2 have been leaked so we have some idea what to expect. The LG Viewty 2 is said to have a slight resemblance to the LG secret and has a 3inch WVGA resistive touch screen with 480 x 800 pixel resolutions. It also has LG’s new 3D interface called S-class which was first seen on the LG Arena KM900, it uses a cube layout so you can program each side of the cube with shortcuts to your applications. There are 4 home screens which you can rotate between by flicking the screen this all makes navigation a lot easier. LG’s Viewty 2 is said to have a slide out numeric keyboard and also an accelerometer sensor. Have plenty of memory to store all your music and photos on as the phone supports up 32 gigabytes on a MicroSD™ memory card.
Enjoy taking amazing photos on your LG Viewty 2 on the built-in 8 megapixel camera with features such as autofocus, xenon flash, Schneider kreuznach lens and image stabiliser. There are also some high tech features such as face detection which is when the camera detects up to 10 human faces and adjusts its focus and exposure to take a clear picture. As well as smile detection which is when the camera automatically takes a picture when it detects a smile and blink detection when the camera takes two shots close together a picks the one were the most people have their eyes open. You can also geo tag pictures so you can remember the location the picture was taken in. The LG Viewty Smart also has a video recorder so you can capture video footage and has a great feature were you can record in high speed or slow motion.
The LG GC900 Viewty 2 is packed with technology; if you want fast connections the phone supports HSDPA and also supports 3G and WIFI so you can connect to the internet quickly and reliably whilst you are on the move. There is built-in GPS with A-GPS so you can find the nearest shops or plan a journey so you can always find your way. If you like your music then the LG Viewty Smart has a MP3 player and FM radio with RDS so you can download music or listen to your favourite radio station and also supports Bluetooth stereo. Other features include a video call camera, Div X/Xvid video support and push email.
As you can see we don’t have all the specifications yet as the LG GC900 Viewty 2 is yet to be announced but if it does turn out to have all of the above and more then it is sure to be a phone to watch out for. Okay, but seen betterJust about to send my third replacement of the SMART back, slow ..wow yes. Easy to type NO, fast screen interaction NO, crash a lot YES. Expected better from LG, got the RUSHED version should have waited for the new CHOCOLATE !! that phone looks like it does what this phone was meant to.
