Review: LG U300

LG U300
The LG U300 is a funky looking 3G phone in a clamshell design, coming in two colour choices of chameleon or orange. The U300 is very basic and plain inside with a keypad that is not very nice to use.
The U300 has a fantastic music player that is fully supported by the Bluetooth headset that is supplied with the phone. A 128 MB memory card is also supplied so it has plenty of music storage for a lightweight handset and the quality of this is good.
This handset has a similar spec to LG's other 3G phones, with a rotating 1.3 mega pixel camera. The U300 has a good quality main screen with video calling. The external screen displays the main functions, including time, date, signal strength and ID of callers. The U300 has an average battery life for a 3G phone and can be charged using a USB cable. It is also one of the lightest 3G phones available.
In a nutshell, the phone offers good value for money and a nice little phone even though the keypad is not too great and the phone is easily scratched.
