Nokia 6111 review

Nokia 6111 review

Where do we start on the Nokia 6111! This is Nokia’s effort of their slide design phone. It does bare a resemblance to the Samsung D500 to look at, but on paper it can’t quite compete with the specifications. The screen out of any of the phone’s in this bracket is definitely the worst. There is a lack of memory and has no memory card slot for it to be increased. There is a camera feature on the 6111 but it is so standard for this category of phone. Even though there is a built FM radio this does not validate the price at-all.

The phone has been proven to be very undependable. The have been many reports by users that the phone broke within days or even weeks of ownership. The slide design has been known to stick or just totally break. The software is very fickle with it keep freezing or just completely shutting down. The audio quality is weak and so is the quality of the camera. The battery life is no where near as good as Nokia have quoted. And the keypad is just as bad.

We suggest, you save yourself the hassle and don’t purchase this phone. There are other, better slide phone’s out there to choose from such as the 5300 XpressMusic or the Samsung E370.
