The Nokia 6210 Navigator is a very smart looking 3.5G slide design phone. The main focus of the 6210 is its GPS navigation and mapping system which also supports A-GPS Nokia maps. This phone is ideal for those who are always on their travels especially to new places and need a little help finding their desired destination. So whether you’re travelling car by or on foot this really is the ideal phone as the Nokia 6210 Navigator has a built in pedestrian navigation facility. Viewing the mapping system on the fantastic 2.4 inch QVGA 320 x 240 pixel resolutions with up to 16M colours will make the display screen superb viewing. The Navigator also features other quality functions which include a Push-to-talk facility and 2-way video conference calling. The dimensions of the Nokia 6210 Navigator are 103mm x 49mm x 14.9mm and weighs 117g, it is not the lightest of mobile phones but it certainly isn’t brick like. The Nokia Navigator will allow the owner to use 3.5 hrs of talk time 220 hrs of stand by time on a single full charge.

The Nokia 6210 Navigator comes equipped with and integrated 3.2 mega-pixel camera with a 4x digital zoom and a built in LED flash featuring a horizontal mode. The Navigator also features a second CIF camera allowing the user to make video calls. The user can use all the usual functions of recording video clips and playing them back on the superb GVGS display screen. The Media player supports MPEG-4 formats and includes photo and video editing capabilities.

The integrated music/media player allows the user to be musically entertained whilst on the move and the user can really enjoy the audio quality of their music with the built mono speakers. The music player supports all the popular music formats including; MP3, MP4, AAC, eAAC and WMA formats and also feature a built in FM stereo radio. The ring tones supported on the Nokia 6210 Navigator are 3D stereo ring-tones, video ring-tones, 64 polyphonic ring-tones, MP3 and AAC ring-tones giving the user an excellent choice in what music they actually want as their ring-tone. In addition to all that has been mentioned the Navigator also features animated screensavers and wallpapers. The built in internal memory of the Nokia 6210 Navigator has a fair 120 Mbytes with MicroSD™ memory card slot allowing the user to increase the memory to 1GB allowing for a mass amount of storage space for all of the users music files and downloads.

The Nokia 6210 Navigator works on an OSS web browser featuring XHTML and HSDPA with up to 3.6Mbps. For those who are really into their downloading, this will be complimented by the OMA and DRM 2.0 making for a safe and secure downloading experience. The EDGE and GPRS facility will make the progress simple and speedy. The Navigator works on the WCDMA 900/2100 band network as well as HSDPA and GSM/EDGE 850, 900, 1800 and 1900 networking allowing for a superb world wide roaming experience. Now to the connectivity aspect, connecting to other compatible devices could not be more straightforward and simple, it can be done by using either, the USB 2.0 and Micro USB interface or the Bluetooth® 2.0 wireless technology. The user can also take comfort with data transferring with the WCDMA DL, GPRS/EGPRS and HSDPA facilities.

The Nokia 6210 Navigator comes with all the usual text messaging services that users will be use to like SMS, MMS (multi-media messaging), OMA MMS 1.2 with an added bonus messaging feature called audio messaging and of course emailing. The email service provides the user with being able to send an email with MAP4 attachment viewing. The audio messaging will allow the user to record a short personal voice clip to send to other compatible users.

The Nokia 6210 Navigator comes with a selection of Java MIDP 2.0 games to allow the user to keep them self occupied and amused also whilst on the go. There is also the capability to download more games if the user requires to. The Nokia Navigator comes packed with an assortment of entertainment and tools making the day-to-day tasks a little more-simple to manage.
