This gorgeous looking Nokia 7610 Supernova slide design mobile phone comes with a choice of five coloured covers allowing the user to mix and match their and really reflect their personality. The five colours to choose from are lilac, blue, red, grey and white. There is also a themed coloured illumination feature which allows the user to change the laminated navigation key and their themed wallpaper to match their chosen coloured exterior casing. The 7610 Supernova mobile phone comes from the Supernova range of phones which also include the 7210 Supernova, 7310 Supernova and the 7510 Supernova. The handset comprises a large 2 inch QVGA screen displaying up to 16.7 million colours with 320 x 240 pixels making for a very clear, colourful and bright screen display. Overall the outer appearance of the Nokia 7610 Supernova handset is striking especially with its theme coloured illumination navigation key and wallpapers all of which the user can really play around with and customise. In addition, the 7610 Supernova mobile phone comes complete with the Xpress On cover, allowing the user to mix and match the colour of their handset as and when they choose, to reflect their mood and personality. What’s more the 7610 weighs a very light and slender 99g with dimensions of 98mm x 48mm x 15mm making for a neatly compact and cute handset that can easily be kept in a pocket when not in use. Nokia state that the user can expect up to 5.4 hours of talk time and up to 300 hours of stand by time one single full charge of the mobile phone.

The user can enjoy fast and speedy data file transfers with the EDGE technology with the support of GPRS all of which will make for a fantastic internet experience. Don't buy it 
This phone may look stylish and maybe even sexy but believe me its looks betrays what it really is, very poor, the mirror enhancement makes the phone virtually useless when used in normal daylight, it's impossible to read texts or contacts and when using as a camera you have to guess what it is you are photographing as all you can see is a mirror! It's virtually impossible to access the sim, battery or memory card without either a knife or very strong nails! It has a horrible habit of forgetting your settings especially for ring tones. On the plus side it takes good pics and looks great but that's about it! My advice, don't bother with it unless all you are doing is answering calls!!!

The other day i was viewing user comments of Nokia 7610 supernova, many people are not happy with the phone reason being the touch feature usually get stuck while dialing or doing texting. However, the overall design of this phone is too classic and is too appropriate for a common user specially girls.

Don't buy it Dont buy it unless you never go out in the sun. It is impossible to see the screen even in fairly week sunshine, making it impossible to see contacts, text or take photos as all you see is a lovely silver mirror!!!

Don't buy it This phone is amazingly irritating, you cannot see the display in even mild sunlight, it has annoying buttons on it that play unwanted music just by picking it up, the reception level is pathetic compared to other phones in the same place using the same sim card and the battery life is very short. This is not a phone for every day use by adults. It may have media tricks on it but fails as a phone. Avoid at all costs.

Averageliterally just bought it, put one of the backs on to see which one looked better and now can't get it off... hundreds of attempts but worried it will snap in half if i try too hard! probably going to take it back tomorrow, haven't even go the battery in yet so can't comment on the actual phone!

+ Its a good looking phone for fashion conscious people, otherwise its just a phone as good as all modern Nokia phones.
+ Low Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) figure, which means you cook your brain less!!!

To find your model number see label behind the battery (don't brake the phone whilst taking the cover off though!!!)
Negative facts:
- I've only used it for less than a day and it crashed on me already.
- Taking the battery cover off the phone is a challenge.
- Try taking outdoor pictures of the snow and you'll see your reflection on the screen, not the picture you wish to take making difficult to take pictures let alone those action shots...
- Whilst Texting or Dialing, the 1,2,3 keys are difficult to get at by man size adult fingers!
- Why can't it have just a blank theme?

AverageSupernova is very nice fon for those who are style conscious, but I have observed that battery is running down widin 8hrs on normal usage, and I have also notices while using colorise feature for themes fon gets hanged….can anybody else is facing same problem?

I WANT ONE!! absolutely brilliant, i love it, predictive text works fine, excellent to use keypad (previously had a touch screen and it was awful, much prefer this), nice smooth slide, really easy to navigate around if you are used to nokias, and easy to pick up if youre not. Excellent music and camera, and im well impressed my emails actually work off this one!
