The Nokia X6 16GB is the latest offering from the mobile phone manufacturing giant. The device is slated to release by the first quarter of 2010 and this time it comes without music. Unlike Nokia X6 that is available in the market with a tag of “Comes with music”, Nokia X6 16GB does not feature extraordinary music features. As the name suggests, Nokia X6 16GB includes a 16 GB memory in place of 32 GB memory that is available with the older model by the similar name. So, it has less 16 GB memory and also low price compared to its predecessor. Therefore, this handset makes a good choice for the mobile phone users that want to invest in a feature-rich mobile phone with affordable price.
If you want to purchase this mobile phone, you will definitely get a good deal at low price. The handset runs on Symbian S60 5th Edition and boasts up to 11.5 hours talk time and 18 days of stand by time. A capacitive screen, OVI connectivity support, and 5 mega pixel camera are some of the major highlights of the mobile phone. There is no need to specifically mention the importance of good memory support in a mobile phone. The older version of the X6 mobile phone from Nokia includes 32 GB internal memory, which is huge. With such a memory support, there is not any necessity to have an added card slot for expanding the memory further. All the fabulous multimedia features and gaming applications are well integrated in the handset. However, Nokia X6 16GB has cut down the 50 percent of its internal memory, and it provides 16 GB internal storage and 128 MB RAM. There are no expandable memory slots in the Nokia X6 16GB as well, but 16 GB memory feature is not bad at all.

The mobile phone is supportive of both 2G and 3G networks. The 2G network is supportive of the quad band GSM such as 850/ 900/ 1800/ 1900. On the other hand, the 3G network supports tri band HSDPA 900/ 1900/ 2100. With the power of 3G HSDPA, the browsing speed will be good in the mobile phone. Apart from music, it supports diverse video files such as RV, WMV, MP4, and 3GP. Therefore, the users of the Nokia X6 16GB will get excellent entertainment features with the mobile phone.

The Nokia X6 16GB features a BL-5J Li-Ion 1320 mAh battery. That can run up to 35 hours of music play and talk time up to 6 hours (3G) and 8h 30 minutes (2G). The stand by time is up to 420 hours for 3G and up to 401 hours for 2G.
