Samsung E900 review

The Samsung E900 is a very attractive looking phone, with it’s smart glossy front panel and touch screen display that lights up when the D pad is pushed or the slider opened. The touch screen takes a while to get used to and may not be suitable for the heavy handed, this cannot be said for the keypad which is a good size and well proportioned. Samsung phones all tend to look very similar, if you had an D600, D900, D800, D840, E840 and the Samsung E900 you wouldn’t know what model you was were holding. The Samsung E900 is also very similar to the LG Chocolate. With T Mobile, Orange, O2 and Vodaphone being very competitive you will find some attractive deals.
The E900 contains a 2-mega pixel camera that takes great pictures with an LED flash and 4x zoom. There is a music player with 80mb of internal memory; this can be expanded with a micro SD card. The battery life on the E900 is not great with only 3.5 hours of talk time and 220 hours standby.
Even though this is a very compact little phone 94x45x17 and weighing only 93 grams, it manages to hold EDGE support, document viewer, wireless pictbridge and TV out option for displaying videos pictures and documents that have been stored on the phone. The E900 has some other fun functions, when receiving text messages you can view as a vivid text that has pictures that pop out at you instead of words, this will appeal to the younger generation of phone users. Overall the Samsung E900 is good phone for everyone, with it’s different features it will appeal to the business and the casual user.
