Samsung S7350 Ultra s Review - Widescreen slider
The Samsung S7350 Ultra s is a stylish and cool slide designed mobile phone and is the successor of the Samsung S7330. The differences between these two handsets are that the slider version has scrapped the touch-pad feature and has higher resolutions. The S7350 features a larger TFT 2.6 inch WQVGA screen with 16 million colours and screen resolutions of 240 x 400 pixels. This stylish mobile phone which shares some of its design with the S8300 Tocco Ultra and only measures 109mm x 50.5mm x 12.6mm in size enabling the user to operate the S7350 with ease and manageability. The majority of the stylish casing is made of matt plastic while the black outer frame has a kind of brushed metal effect. When the user slides the handset up to reveal the reveal the keypad the user will notice the rows of keys are well defined even though there are no borders between the keys in the same row. We feel this still makes for comfortable typing for the user. There are no functional elements on the back of the Samsung S7350 Ultra s handset making it look neat and very tidy. We feel we must mention that the Samsung S7350 is amongst the first Samsung mobile phones to feature flash based user interface. Having flash supported makes for a really fresh and rich UI.

Other ways users can keep entertained and amused is by the playing the built-in Java MIDP 2.0 and Downloadable gaming facilities. When using the downloadable service please do check before doing so as there maybe a small cost involved for this particular service.
There are a great range of application tools available on the Samsung S7350 Ultra s enabling the user to stay organised and on time one of which includes a Document Viewer. One of the main applications we do like is the GPS receiver plus the Samsung Mobile Navigator application which is made by Route66. These tools ensures the user gets to their desired destination with minimal effort and with ease. As well as the standard clock, calendar, Phonebook etc there is also a document viewer. This is very handy when receiving emails with documents attached.
Samsung S7350 Ultra s review – Summary
The S7350 is a great mid range mobile phone with a great selection of features and functions thrown in plus with stylish good looks. Some would say that the S7350 not having Wi-Fi is no big deal, I would tend to disagree and think it should now be considered one of those functions that is just expected and a must we complying the specification of a new phone. We at mobilefonereviews.co.uk think this is an okay mid range phone and may prove to be fairly popular but just can’t get it out of our heads that there is NO WI-FI!.
