The Sony Ericsson G502 is one stylish and elegant mobile phone. It is 3G focused therefore its main purpose is for communication, the internet and emailing. The handset is available in a choice of two gorgeous colour options, a smooth and lustrous Champagne Black and a refined Brilliant Hazel both of which are very stunning to the eye. The G502 is not only pretty to look at but it is also superb to hold in the hand with comfort as the size of the handset is 103mm x 46mm x 13.5mm and weighs a slender 83.5g and definitely has the comfort factor. The handset comprises a large 2 inch TFT screen displaying up to 262K colours with 240 x 320 resolution pixels making for clear, bright and colourful viewing. The Sony Ericsson G502 comes from the G range family, other stylish and feature packed mobile phones members of this family of phones are the SE G700i and the SE G900i. The built in 3G HSDPA technology provides the user with high speed internet connections with broadband speeds so the user can really take pleasure in video streaming and web feeds. Because the G502 is 3G focused user can also benefit from the extensive selection of web services such as Google Maps, Picture blogging and web feeds. The Sony Ericsson G502 works on a Tri-band network and covers GSM 900/1800/1900 and UMTS 2100 providing the user with enjoyment of the world wide roaming facility. Connecting to other compatible devices is simple as the Bluetooth® and USB technologies are used for this and high speed data transfers can also be enjoyed on the G502.
Sony Ericsson G502 – Music Player & Camera
The Sony Ericsson G502 comes with a built in 2 mega-pixel camera with 4x digital zoom and a photo fix feature and the capability of picture blogging, allowing the user to take great snaps on the spur of the moment.

The Sony Ericsson G502 comes with all the usual text messaging services that we have become very accustomed to which include; SMS, MMS (multi-media messaging) and emailing. The G502 now comes with the additions of Predictive text input, Exchange ActiveSync and a sound recorder. The emailing service comes equipped with file attachments allowing the user to keep on top the work load even while away from the office.
The G502 comes equipped with embedded Java games so the user can keep them self entertained and amused be it on any journey or when boredom sets in. Don't buy it 
just started using the G502
I have problems with keeping the bluetooth connected with my laptop.
After intermitent periods of time my laptop informs me the bluetooth is disconnected. Using my laptop to find the phone again does not work. When I look at the phone is shows as still connected to my phone. I choose the phone option to disconnect bluetooth but it can takes 45 minutes to disconnect. If I lose patience and disconnect the phone battery then I have to reset the phone date and time.
