- 12.1 mega-pixel camera/video feature
Welcome the Sony Ericsson IDOU or Sony Ericsson Satio mobile phone as it is now known, well that's what it is known as for now as we believe the name will change once the handset is complete and ready for release. Regarding the release date at present we believe Sony are anticipating the second half of 2009, but we will have to wait and see.
This stylish and elegant smartphone is neatly compact and is packed full of the latest technologies and features including an amazing 12.1, yes we said 12.1 mega-pixel camera function. The Sony Idou comprises a large 3.5 inch TFT touch screen display which dominates the front of the handset giving its stylish and sleek good looks. With screen resolutions of 16 million colours and 640 x 360 pixels the user can really enjoy vivid and colourful screen images. The user can enjoy the simple user friendly touch screen to select menus and features also with the benefit of the wide angle view mode depending on the user’s requirements. The Idou is a fantastic handset to hold in the palm of the hand due its neatness in size with measurements of 111mm x 54mm x 15mm, the weight of this beautiful mobile phone is yet to be confirmed but we believe it will be fairly average therefore not heavy. When it comes to the memory on the Sony Ericsson Idou mobile phone the handset supports MicroSD™ memory allowing the user to insert the memory capacity of their choice suiting the users individual needs.
