Sony Ericsson T715 Video Review Sony Ericsson T715 Deals (0)Sony Ericsson have announced the release of the Sony Ericsson T715, it’s a part of a great funky range of mobile phones including the Sony Ericsson T303i and the Sony Ericsson T707 Elle. The T715 is a smart slider mobile phone and very compact. Sony have given you the option of two fantastic looking colours, a rouge pink that has a mirror finish or a galaxy silver that has a piano finish so you can pick the colour to best suit you. The T715 is a communication based mobile phone allowing you to keep your busy life organized with a desktop feature, this reminds you of events and birthdays with animation as well as reminding you of notes and appointments. Sony Ericsson have given this great looking mobile phone a 2.2 inch TFT display screen with 262k colours and 240 x 320 pixel resolutions, you can also see the screen in direct sunlight which is a great feature to have. The size of the T715 is 91.5 x 48 x 14.9mm and weighs 96.5 grams so it is very compact and will fit nicely into your pocket, purse or bag. The SE T715 comes with 90 megabytes of memory so you can store plenty of music and photos and you can also put in a MicroSD™ card for extra storage. If you spend a lot of time chatting on your phone there is 10 hours GSM and GPRS talk time and UMTS talk time up to 4 hours. The standby time for GSM & GPRS is up to 400 hours and the UMTS standby time is up to 350 hours, you can also make up to 3 hours of video calls so pretty good for such a small mobile phone.
Sony Ericsson T715 Review - Music Entertainment
Sony have given the T715 a great media player enabling the user to enjoy a great on the go music system experience supporting MP3, eAAC, WMA, MPEG4,WMV and H263 music formats. The T715 has some great features including Album Art, PlayNow™ and TrackID™ giving you the best music listening experience, if you like a bit of a bassline then you can crank it up with the MegaBass™ function. If you enjoy listening to the radio on your travels then you can as the T715 has a built-in stereo FM radio with RDS to give you the best radio listening experience. To customize your Sony Ericisson T715 with your favorite music you can use the ring tones already installed or download them from the internet as it supports polyphonic, MP3 and AAC ring tones with a ring tone composer so you can make up your own funky tunes.
Sony Ericsson T715 Camera and Imaging
The SE T715 camera has 3.2 megapixels with the LED flash allowing the user to take pictures in bad light and night time. You can also zoom in on far away images with the 3 x digital zoom. There are some other great functions including photo fix and geo tagging so you can log the times and locations of your pictures. If you like recording videos there is a video recorder to capture all those funny moments. To allow the user to see the person they are calling you can use the video calling option. You can customize your mobile phone screen with picture wallpaper and animations.
Sony Ericsson T715 Internet and Connectivity
Connecting to the web using the T715 is simple as it has 3G turbo network connection and supports Access NetFront and WAP 2.0 web browsers with Google search on the standby screen allowing quick internet access. For fast connectivity there is 3G HSDPA, EDGE and GPRS technologies. The T715 is also YouTube™ compatible so you can watch all of those great television moments and funny videos. You can also book mark your favorite web pages to save time. There are many ways you can connect to other mobile phone devices or computers with Bluetooth® or by using a USB cable for quick data transfers. The T715 also has PicBridge printing and synchronization functions. The SE T715 connects via many networks including GSM 850, 900, 1800 and 1900 and HSDPA 850, 1900 and 2100 allowing you to use your mobile phone in most countries.
Sony Ericsson T715 Messaging Services
To help you stay in touch with your family, friends or even work is made simple with many messaging services available on the T715. Sony have added Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync, SMS, MMS (multimedia messaging service) , email with push email and instant messaging so there will never be an excuse not to keep in touch. You can also you the T9 predictive text service which guesses what you are going to write making SMS messaging much faster. The SE T715 also has a sound recorder so you can send voice messages.
Sony Ericsson T715 Review - Applications
The Sony Ericsson has a fantastic array of applications to play around with including Google Maps™ to prevent you from getting lost and giving the user easy to follow directions. For those you who enjoy playing games there are 3D games available as well as Java™ and the option to download games from the internet. To prevent the user from holding there T715 while driving there is a built-in hands free speaker phone. The T715 also has a great organiser that includes a phone book, clock, alarm clock, calendar, calculator, notes, tasks and flight mode to name a few.

Sony Ericsson have designed a fantastic, stylish and affordable mobile phone for the current climate with some fantastic features thrown in. It may not appeal to everyone, we think it would suit the younger generation that want the basics in mobile phone technology. AverageWell, my girlfriend just bought one. At first it feels quite nice, but I was disappointed about the resolution of VIDEO RECORDER - it records only at 320x24opixels. My old Nokia 6234, which was mid class phone 2 years ago, records at 640x480 pixels - enough for uploading to YouTube, which I did some time ago. My opinion is that 320x240 video isn't worth anything...
