Review: Sony Ericsson W810i
The Sony Ericsson W810i Walkman™ is an incredible phone and the music media player feature is right at the heart of it and it looks very smart and very elegant with its satin black outer casing. The W810i does have similarities to the Sony Ericsson W800i but the W810i is the latest model with a much higher spec list and with superb audio quality.
The digital camera feature on the W810i is of 2 mega-pixels and is of fantastic quality. It also comes with a 4x digital zoom and a photo light. It also features picture editing and a picture effects function allowing the user to edit their photos that they have taken and making them perfect. To use the video recording feature is simple you just swap from the still camera function to the recording mode all by the flick of a switch. The TFT screen display is of excellent quality at 176 x 220 pixels with 262,000 colours. So viewing all your photos and video clips will look superbly clear and colourful on this screen.
Now lets get down to business and talk about what is at the heart of this phone, and that is the music media player. The player features a Music-DJ function, Mega-Bass function and a Play-Now function making this your very own DJ-ing quarters. The software supplied with the W810i is simple. The Disc 2 Phone software makes copying your top tunes from the CD very, very easy. It doesn’t just end there. There is also a built in FM radio allowing you to listen to your favourite DJ’s on the move. Any music lover will adore this phone and have great pleasure owning it.
You can be rest assured of speedy access to the internet at all times. Using the EDGE technology which allows speedy surfing and a fully functional Internet browser allowing the user to view and browse their favorite internet sites. The phone also supports Bluetooth® and wireless connectivity and is supported through a headset, PC or any other Bluetooth® gadget that is Bluetooth® compatible.
The messaging service is fantastic and has many great features on offer including, text messaging (SMS), instant messaging to friends that are online using the QuickShare™, multi-media messaging (MMS) and emailing. Multi-media texts, photos, images and video clips can be sent to friends and family members whose phone is also MMS compatible.
The built in organizer is great for all your day-to-day needs. It includes; an alarm clock, calendar, calculator, stop watch, phone book, contact list, task list, timer & notes, a code memo, a business card feature and a file manager function.
The W810i comes fully equipped with Java ™ games but downloading more is possible if you wish to do so. There is also a picture book feature allowing the user to assign a photo or image to each and every contact in their phone book.

I WANT ONE!! 
I have had this phone for almost a year and I must give it top marks. It's battery life is excellent, it's camera very good and using it to listen to music or the radio is a pleasure. It is smart and easy to use with lots of memory. Highly recommended!
