T-Mobile has made an announcement of its latest handset, which is based on Google Android™ and the name of the phone is Garminfone. As per the speculations in the market, it was expected that the leading carrier is going to bring in MyTouch Garminfone Slide, but instead of that, they have made an announcement of the Garminfone. The first glimpse of the phone was displayed on the major event of the year – Mobile World Congress 2010, and it was not sure whether the handset will be made available beyond the North American market. However, T-Mobile has decided to bring in this super cool product to the customers all over the world, and it is expected to release within the second quarter of 2010. The device is touted as the modified version of the Garmin Asus Nuvifone A50 and it will be packed with the GPS support as well.
